SHIPPING & DELIVERY
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
Orders received after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following day.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional cost. Choose Saturday delivery at check out.
There are certain dates (major holidays) that carriers do not pickup or deliver
MONEY BACK GUARANTEES
We do not offer a money back guarantee, however, we will accept returns if the product is returned in its original and sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt.
You can return any unopened Tempaper roll, provided it has been purchased from www.tempaperdesigns.com within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please include your original packing list. It can take up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Please send returns to:

Please note that Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a visible defect with the item (i.e. printing defect with the pattern). Custom orders include: Design Your Own and Chinoiserie by Tempaper.
Orders being delivered to the following states will also be subject to sales tax: New Jersey (7%).
Domestic Orders ship through FedEx with a variety of delivery options available. Delivery to a P.O. box through Fedex is NOT available. Shipping rates are based on total package weight. Each roll of Tempaper weighs approximately 3.5 lbs.
International Orders ship through FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. We will work with you to provide the best price for your delivery needs. To place an international order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you an estimate for shipping costs. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
If you've provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number.
